REFUNDS POLICY

DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION

All bookings are final and non-refundable. Sessions cancelled will be charged in full to the client. If your personal trainer is absent due to holiday or sickness, that session will be covered by a trainer of the same or higher level.

Cancellation Fee

No cancellation fee.

No Show Charge

No fee is applied for failing to cancel an activity before the start time and not attending the activity. However, all bookings are final and non-refundable.
